On-The-Job Training
We offer a host of on-the-job (OJT) training programs and skills to provide inner city residents with relevant skills and real-world deliverables to give them the competitive edge they need to succeed. We also provide wraparound social services such as: workforce development workshops; ongoing specialized training and supervision; career assessments, and more.
Business Mentorship
Our business mentorship program is designed to pair young entrepreneurs with a seasoned veteran who will help guide their business decision making. From one-on-one coaching to skills development to strategic brainstorming sessions, we help you work and execute your plan successfully. Your trusted advisor will ensure you are making meaningful and impactful decisions to improve your bottom line.
Community Development
Through our community development program, we support causes that matter. We work with a host of nonprofit groups to ensure they have the support they need to succeed. From supplying volunteers to assisting and managing engagement, events management, outreach, follow up, and even placement services, we do it. Together, we can achieve more as a winning team!

Paying Homage
Tulsa, OK
We pay homage to Black business owners and visionaries who built Tulsa’s one-block North Greenwood Avenue business district, known as the former “Black Wall Street”. After 100 years of economic disenfranchisement, we seek to restore their honor. As a tribute to their inspiring legacy, we seek to rebuild economic opportunity and advancement in underrepresented and underserved communities.

By offering a host of support services, we level the playing field and improve the well-being of residents in need.
