Kenneth M. Webb

FOUNDER

Kenneth M. Webb, Sr. is the Founder and President of Austin Black Wall Street. Mr. Webb is a retired 32-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. As the Chief Executive Officer of Fact Finders Group, Inc., he served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a helicopter crew chief. As a proven leader, he has served on a host of national community-based boards including: Vice-President of U.S. Minority Contractors Association (USMCA), President ECHO (Exceptional Children Have Opportunities) Foundation, WAD (World Association of Detectives) Member, SBACC (Small Business Advocacy Council of Chicago and the Business Leadership Council (BLC), to name a few.

Terrance Bey

CO-FOUNDER

Terrance Bey is a visionary leader with over two decades of extensive multinational experience in driving innovation and shaping strategic development. His professional journey encompasses expertise in digital and business transformation, enterprise architecture, and strategic consulting. Terrance's commitment to technology and innovation has taken him through distinguished roles at renowned organizations such as Google, Atos, Siemens, Tata Consulting Services, and IBM.
Throughout his career, Terrance has assumed pivotal roles, including Cloud Customer Experience Leader for the United States and Canada, Chief Innovation Officer, Global Chief Technology Officer specializing in digital transformation and cloud solutions, and Industry CTO focusing on manufacturing, retail, and transportation sectors.
Hailing from Chicago, Terrance is an alumnus of Tuskegee University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. His deep-rooted expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving successful transformations and fostering innovation across various industries. As the Co-Founder and CEO of SonicMESSENGER, Terrance continues to steer the vision and growth of the organization with a relentless commitment to innovation and excellence.

Hardenia (Dena) Byrd

CO-FOUNDER

Dena Byrd recently resigned as a Vice President with Employment & Employer Services (E&ES) who was involved in planning and evaluating major programs, including the CHA’s Transitional Jobs Program. Byrd is a seasoned program administrator of programs that assist individuals with barriers to employment become job ready and find quality employment. An Illinois native, Dena received an MBA with Concentration in Human Resource Management from Columbus University.  Prior to joining E&ES Dena worked at United Airlines as part of its HR Department responsible for recruiting staff for various cities including Chicago O’Hare, Toronto, Canada, New York, Madison, Wisconsin and Memphis, Tennessee.
